Recreation of workaholics

Fun isn’t the prize — it’s the work. The enjoyment that comes with receiving a wrapped gift, isn’t simply the gift, itself.  It’s the process of opening the package and the surprise that appears.  Without the process, the gift’s value is diminished.Here at Tulip we do not let the employees count down the minutes till the time they are at their work stations.

Company-planned or approved activities go far in cultivating a positive corporate culture, recognizing that happy employees are productive employees.


SAMPARK – Let’s Talk

Sampark is an initiative to develop a communication platform with employees where their issues and concerns can be understood and resolved within defined timelines.

 
Employees are encouraged to interact with the HR. This is will be a monthly activity initiated by the HR across Tulip. These issues are discussed in an open forum where resolution of these issues is provided and in case of any policy/ organization issue, the same is addressed to the President Council with recommendations in a given timeframe.

Tulip E-University

This endeavor is to provide a platform to learn and achieve a healthy amalgamation of aligning business and individual goals. This platform is used for comprehensive training on existing and new products as well as for induction purposes.
