Challenge

The major challenge which Havells was facing was of regular downtime and non availability of support services during off hours. There were also issues in turnaround time for new connectivity in their WAN network. They required a service provider to provide them with end-to-end data connectivity solutions.

Solutions

Havells has been into steady relationship with Tulip since 2002. The network is connected with 50+ locations with bandwidth ranging from 128 Kbps to 1 Mbps on RF on the last mile. The central location, Noida, is connected on 12 Mbps Fiber over MPLS.
