t-sync enables employees to maintain connection and synchronization with their corporate mail server even if their desktop computer is not online. t-sync ensures that all changes made on an employee's mobile device are replicated to the user's mailbox in the corporate mail server and vice versa. This includes not only emails but the full portfolio of the PIM application (contacts, calendar) as well. The synchronization is automatic and continual as long as the mobile device is open and receiving.

registered themselves with their IT department & then they will get a t-sync username & password.
